Q: Since I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago, I have had a constant problem with diarrhea. The problem is because my body is still producing the same amount of bile as it always has, but I no longer have a gallbladder to store the excess bile, so it gets dumped into my colon and has a diuretic affect. Is there a juice or tea that would control this problem? I would be eternally grateful! Thank you.
A: The solution in this case is switching to a fully raw, plant-based diet. Your body is now forced to adopt to living without an organ that was put in there for a reason (whether the doctors acknowledge it or not). A raw food diet will make this process much easier for your body. In fact, such diet is probably the only diet that will not be causing much (if any) issues in your daily life after your gallbladder has been removed. It will maintain your colon and liver. The juice Inflammation is Gone and My Liver is Clean will help although they should be used to supplement your raw, plant-based diet.
