Q: I am having difficulty fully emptying out my bladder, as I have a very weak stream. It has really disturbed me from getting a good night’s sleep (running back and forth 6-7 times every night.) My legs stay swollen the majority of the time. I suspect these problems are directly related. What can I do to eventually remedy my troubles? Keep in mind I have Sickle Cell disease, living without a gallbladder. Thanks in advance.
A: Those those two issues are most likely directly connected to each other.
Swollen legs mean that the body retains water to pretect itself from some type of pollution. This normally happens when a person takes pharmaceutical drugs. If you are currently on medications, the swelling is most likely the result of it.
Addressing the urinary system is essential. Next week, at our Loop location, our herbal Kidney Tea should be back in stock. That tea cleanses and strengthens the entire urinary system.
I also suggest eliminating all acid-forming foods from the body (dairy, meat, soy, and generally processed foods) and introduce fresh, living foods in solid and juice form.
